Program that matches older mentors and younger mentees for regular (virtual) contact, mentorship, and career advice.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
APPLICATION & PROFILES
- Interested mentors and mentees submit application, including resume and profile
- Brief mentor profiles are shared with mentees
- Mentee informs H2O of mentor they want to connect with & their profiles will be shared with the mentor
INTERVIEW & MATCHING
- H2O conducts interview with interested mentors and mentees to understand their education, career and life background
- H2O creates best match based on information
- Matching can be done as 1-on-1 or group-style, where 1 mentor connects with 3-5 mentees
TRIAL PERIOD
- H2O initiates introductory meeting with mentor and mentee(s) and mentorship sessions can begin
- H2O will follow-up to ensure everyone is satisfied
ONE GROUP DISCUSSION
- Companionship continues on regular basis as agreed upon by mentor and mentee(s)
- Ongoing feedback to be provided, via session reports and surveys
